As a chiropractor, I focus on both the musculoskeletal system and the nervous system, and the effects of these have on your general health and wellbeing. Chiropractic is most often used to treat neuromusculoskeletal complaints, including but not limited to back pain, neck pain, pain in the joints of the arms or legs, and headaches. Many seek care for pain but after learning what being “well adjusted” actually feels like, they continue to care for the health of it!  The choice is always yours.

lumix® Laser Therapy

Laser Therapy is the use of specific wavelengths of light to create therapeutic effects. Cell function is improved, resulting in improved healing time, pain reduction, increased circulation, and decreased swelling. Laser therapy offers safe and non-invasive treatment for muscles, nerves bones, and skin. We often use lumix® laser therapy in conjunction with chiropractic treatments to help accelerate healing and reduce pain.

I have a passion for exercise. I have an even greater passion for teaching the proper way to exercise. I teach patients how to perform special exercises which can help strengthen and correct the imbalances in their body which may be causing pain. Many of these corrective exercises can actually be performed in the comfort of your own home to help improve the effectiveness of your chiropractic care and spinal correction plan.  In addition, I am able to work with my patients to establish their long term exercise goals, whether that includes a personal trainer or a program that meets their needs.
