CBD FAQ


Our office has recently dove into the world of CBD products and all of their major health benefits! CBD products are fairly new to the medical field and many patients are inquisitive. That being said, we decided to compile a list of common questions we’re being asked and their answers:

What is CBD? CBD is a non-psychoactive cannabinoid found within the hemp plant.

What are the benefits of CBD?

CBD helps with:

  • Neuropathy

  • Epilepsy

Why is CBD Important?

CBD interacts with our endocannabinoid system (ECS), a biological system made of our endocannabinoid and cannabinoid receptors. Our ECS regulates the bodies homeostasis allowing our systems to function normally. Through activation of the CB1 receptor, found within the brain and nervous system, and the CB2 receptor, located within the immune system; CBD controls communication between cells.

What is the proper dosage?

The proper dosage is your body weight divided by 10 = your mg per dose. Take this twice a day and you may up your dose as needed if the desired effects are not achieved.

Does CBD come up on drug tests?

CBD products do not come up on your routine drug test due to the lack of THC in the products.

Do CBD products contain THC?

No, our CBD products do not contain THC. THC is the portion of the marijuana plant that produces the “high” feeling and is the illegal portion of the plant.

Can I buy this product somewhere else?

Yes, you can find CBD products all over the marketplace. We’ve done the research about our products so you don’t have to. Ours are legal, contain no THC, and are scientifically backed. Many other products on the market cannot say this.

How much do the products cost?

The CBD Isolate oil and Freezing Point Cream cost $65 plus tax.

What’s the difference between the two products?

The CBD Isolate oil has a sublingual application, meaning it goes under your tongue. The Freezing Point Cream is a topical agent that specializes in pain relief.

Are There Side Effects?

Studies have shown very few if any, however check the ingredient label for possible irritants.
